Everyone knows very well that drinking coffee on your empty stomach is good for stool release. It increases the urge to go to the bathroom. Caffeine contains a few bacteria which stimulates the muscles in the gut.
Castor Oil makes your stool soft. If you have the constipation problem, consume castor oil on your empty stomach.It is difficult to swallow castor oil, better mix it with lemon juice or some juice to make easy to consume.
